“ Patrick was our home inspector and he was extremely thorough. He was able to find some issues that would have cost us a bit of money even though the house was only 10 years old. He also showed us how to take care of our future home and took us through every nook and cranny. He obviously is very passionate about his career because he kept us in the loop by email even when he was on vacation. I felt like he truly cares about each of his clients and truly wants them to be happy and healthy in their new home. I would give him 10 stars if I could and I wish I could get this type of service everywhere. Worth every penny and will use him again in the future!”
