For the Full Mold Assessment, we conduct a very thorough non-intrusive inspection. This means we will not damage any property, including removing drywall, carpet, etc. Our Mold Assessors will use a hygrometer and infrared cameras, moisture meters, and other tools to assess non-visible areas. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all areas to be inspected are accessible. Our inspectors will not remove personal belongings, furniture, appliances, etc. to access an area.
