Patrick went above and beyond with our home inspection. He was recommended by a good friend who had also used his inspection services and gave him glowing reviews. I am a first time homebuyer and before he started his inspection, Patrick did an outstanding job of walking me through my utility room and explaining what everything was and how everything in there worked.
He really took his time with the home inspection and thoroughly reviewed and documented every part of the house. The thing I appreciated the most was how he not only identified and explained every observation and issue he found, he was able to simplify it in a way where I understood what it meant and how it could be resolved or monitored.
He also provides an amazing inspection report (which I had in my inbox almost immediately) that includes both a summary report as well as a much longer detailed report. The reports include photos, videos, and notes/explanations for all of his findings, concerns, recommended next steps, and everything else he checked for the entire inspection. It really is amazing the level of detail Patrick went to in checking my house. It is clear he takes a lot of pride in what he does and he was kind enough to ensure that I walked away from the inspection very knowledgeable on my home.

Patrick did an outstanding inspection of my first home before I purchased it. We met at the property in the morning, and he was happy for me to shadow him throughout the entire process. He thoroughly documented everything with detailed notes and video recordings of his findings. Right after finishing the inspection, he sat down with me and walked through all of his observations in a clear, easy-to-understand way using his inspection software.
